Founder of her namesake label, Mirna Mihoković is a fashion and costume designer whose work draws on interdisciplinary experience at the crossroads of fashion, visual arts and costume design. Her approach to design is based on exploring materials that, in Mirna's hands, take on a new dimension. The result is a garment that intertwines relentless enthusiasm, artistic experimentation, and pure emotion.

Mirna finished her studies at Paris College of Art, where she was a winner of MANE perfume competition and in collaboration with Veronique Nymberg designed a line of perfume inspired by her collection Equanimity. She was a finalist for best fashion design on Zagreb design week in 2025 and 2020 and showcased her design in 4 countries on over 20 manifestations.

Over her more than a decade-long career, Mirna has developed projects encompassing costume design for film, theater, and advertising, fashion design, styling, as well as artistic and educational concepts. In various contexts, she collaborates with directors, photographers, stylists, and creative teams, shaping visual identities of characters, scenes, and campaigns. She enriches her design imagination by blending the best from all worlds.

A special place in her fashion practice is reserved for working with textiles and hands-on processes. She explores dyeing techniques, fabric manipulation, and experimental textile methods, sharing her acquired knowledge through workshops and educational formats. She highlights as her fashion mission the encouragement of a return to slower, tactile creation processes, where the unpredictability of materials becomes part of the creative expression.

Conscious intuition and a strong sense for visual narrative guide Mirna's vision. In her hands, clothing and costume become a medium of transformation - a kind of second skin that reveals to the wearer identities, emotions and the space between reality and fiction. Her aesthetic explores the border between fashion and art, and her desire is to create imaginary visual worlds that are equally subtle, experimental, and intensely soulful.
